Outsource daily feeding and weekly passaging of your iPSC lines and concentrate on your real experiments. The facility can store and culture your iPSC lines and provide you with ready to differentiate cultures whenever needed.
Standard iPSC Culture Conditions at the Facility
- mTeSR™1
- hESC-qualified Matrigel®
- clump passaging using enzyme-free EDTA-based ReLeSR™
Adaptation to Alternative Culture Conditions
The facility adapts hiPSC lines from diverse other culture conditions to standard conditions or vice versa. These include:
- KOSR (KnockOut™ serum replacement) based medium with FGF2 on inactivated mouse embryonal fibroblasts (MEFs) as feeder layer
- single-cell passaging using TrypLE™ Express
- mTeSR™ Plus
- StemFlex™ or Essential 8™ Flex
- Cellartis® DEF-CS™ culture system
- Laminin-521
- truncated Vitronectin (VTN-N)
The facility generates master and working cell banks of iPSC lines produced by the facility or from customer lines.
- Cryopreservation in Bambanker (unit: 10 vials)
- Storage in liquid nitrogen
- Post-thaw viability testing
