The Chromium iX is an automated system enabling robust and reliable partitioning of cell suspensions and unique cell barcodes in gel emulsions via microfluidics for single cell transcriptomic, epigenomic (ATAC-seq), multiomic (transcriptomics, epigenomics or low scale proteomics) approaches.
