Short Description

Xenium is a device revealing spatial transcriptomics and proteomics read out in subcellular resolution.

Description

The Xenium Analyzer detects proteins or transcripts on thin tissue sections in situ at subcellular resolution for up to 480 pre-designed of custom gene panels for robust subcellular spatial insights. For mouse and human a prime variant for up to 5480 genes is available.
